Breathwork combined with sounds creates a powerful healing journey. This experience is designed to enhance physical relaxation, achieve emotional balance, and mental clarity, and connect to intuition.

We start with an opening circle to get the energy flow and move into the guided breathwork experience. We will explore different modalities and approaches coming from pranayama and qigong, martial arts, and modern breathwork. 

Then we move into sound meditation with Tibetan singing bowls, co-creating a deep and peaceful state of body and mind.

Fee: 250 HKD drop in, 1,100 HKD for 5 sessions.
