FAQ’s

  • Click the button “Book a session” and follow the link. You will get access into our calendar. Find the date and time that works for you and book. Once you pay, you’ll receive your personal Zoom link that you will need for your scheduled call. For Group Sessions, follow the link to Eventbrite and proceed to the checkout directly there.

  • Yes. We have a 24 hr cancellation policy.

  • Absolutely not. Our classes are suitable for both beginners and advanced students. We tailor one-on-one sessions to align with your individual goals.

  • Sessions can take place online (Zoom) or in-person in Hong Kong. In-person sessions usually take place at a private yoga studio in Central or in South Lantau. You can choose the preferred format at the checkout.

  • Yes, you can also pay through PayMe or FPS, although we prefer the booking form on the website. Please reach out separately for PayMe/ FPS payments and we will find a solution.

  • Yes, we have packages of 10 sessions. You can book them directly on the website and take all the sessions within 6 months. After 6 months, remaining sessions expire.
