    We’ve facilitated breathwork sessions to OM’s corporate clients, from Japan to Hong Kong, to UAE and India. Together with OM, we designed and delivered a 5 week program for the international management consulting company in Tokyo to support their employees with stress management, productivity, and team building through regular Zoom sessions.

  • Respira x Société Générale

    Société Générale approached Respira to help their sports club to achieve optimal performance and recovery ahead of the race season. We created a series of customized online and in-person sessions to improve breathing mechanics and oxygen uptake, to raise energy levels and alleviate tension post-recovery.

  • Respira x Centricity Flex with Ikigai Yoga

    Nestled in the iconic Landmark building, Centricity Flex was designed for Hong Kong Land members as a space to help alleviate stress and find inner peace. Together with Ikigai Yoga, we developed a bespoke monthly breathwork & meditation program and provided online content with on-demand breathwork sessions for the Centricity app.
