We will gather at LUAH Jewelry flagship store in the quaint neigbourhood of Tai Ping Shan, and kick off with learning the basic aromatherapy, gemstones and breathing benefits, followed a session where you will blend your own unique scent to take home in a refillable roller bottle.

You will learn about the different benefits and enhancing emotional and mental properties of natural gemstones from LUAH Jewelry, and as we move into the breathwork session, you will be able to use both your personalised blend and the gemstones into the practice.
